Diversity Within Workforce – Practical Solutions

In this workshop, we look to develop practical guidance to individuals and companies looking to increase diversity within their workforce. To do this, we recognise that we have to look at what the hurdles are at each stage and the solutions:-

• Recruitment

• Retention 

• Promotion

The audience will then be asked to divide themselves into three groups in order to discuss the three aspects. Each group will be asked to make some recommendations at the end of the session and a representative from each workshop to present their findings.

Seatrade Maritime News will publish a report on the findings which will be available for all to read and pull from the recommendations made.
