Mark Lakin is a partner at Stephenson Harwood LLP and leads the firm's marine and international trade department for the Middle East region. He is an English qualified partner and solicitor advocate and has approximately 10 years of experience advising clients within the Shipping sector. 

His clients range from independent trading and shipping companies based in the UAE to large international commodities houses based in London and Geneva.

Mark's focus is on shipping disputes, having acted in all of the major shipping arbitral forums including LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA, LCIA, HKIAC, and SIAC.
