Nataraj joined Qatar Airways in 2011, beginning his journey with the airline as a Market Developer. He then went on to manage speciality sales, TMCs and Business Channels in Global Sales.  Since June 2021, Nataraj has been leading the full scope of Business Travel that covers Corporate Sales, Beyond Business, MICE, TMCs, Marine, Humanitarian, Medical segment and Charter Sales. 

Over the years, Nataraj has led and implemented several key commercial initiatives for Qatar Airways. Notably, during the pandemic, he played a leading role in the success and transformation of the Marine segment. Including the opening of the Mariner Lounge that played a key role in Qatar Airways winning at Seatrade Awards 2021, and led the overhaul of Qatar Airways’ Beyond Business programme.

Prior to joining Qatar Airways, Nataraj managed airline partnerships for Jet Airways in India.  He holds a Masters in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, UK.
